Business Development Manager


  • Setting up the ecommerce and digital marketing team including the standard operation procedure (SOP), strategies, KPI & etc.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies based on the market research and business reviews to generate sales revenue through ecommerce channels and meeting company assigned sales target.
  • Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including sales, pricing, listings content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order fulfilment, after- sales service, customer service and etc.
  • Set up of operations in ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and website.
  • Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Research on the market trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Formulate and execute digital marketing demand-generation initiatives including but not limiting to road show, social media posting and live streaming, ads display, EDM, SEO and SEM
  • Develop online shopper awareness on the brand and support strategies that able to deliver company growth based on online shoppers and online customer requirements.
  • Develop, monitor and recommend improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and ecommerce strategies.
  • Manages inventory (ensure stock balancing between online and offline), promotional mechanism (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc)
  • Oversee the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure efficient and effective execution, leveraging support resources and standard operating procedures to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices
  • Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins
  • Perform expressed or implied duties required by superior or company.



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Health Supplement / Food and Beverage in Manufacturing / Raw Material / Seasoning & equivalent.
  • Strong passion in eCommerce and business acumen
  • Positive attitude and have a change agent mentality.
  • Having experience in a startup business or launch new products would be a big advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok and proficiency in utilizing their features and functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketingchannels.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to multi-task and possess excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams at all levels.
