PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the Purchasing operational flow.
  • Plan, order & arrange material delivery schedule.
  • Place orders with suppliers or vendors and ensure that all documents are in order.
  • Plan & control the ordering process to ensure optimal ordering level at all time.
  • Plan and manage the inventory level of the products.
  • Liaise with others department with purchases and delivery status.
  • Interact with suppliers on a day–to–day basis to ensure all products are supplied and delivered and are in accordance to purchase order.
  • Coordinate with sales department and suppliers to maintain good inventory level and delivery schedules.
  • Plan and manage the inventory level of all products, materials and packaging.
  • Monitor the quantity and quality as well timeliness of good delivered to the warehouse and ensure to do stock receiving in the system.
  • Liaise with forwarder for export/import activities.
  • Deliver cost-saving programs, support purchasing department.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in related field.
  • Computer skills and the ability to operate Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
  • Able to plan and work independently.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in purchasing or related field.
  • Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated.
WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for overall warehouse operations, inbound and outbound between warehouse and all the factories.
  • To manage and maintain a proper storage and inventory system.
  • Perform stock count every now and then. Control and manage the operations of the raw materials, finished products and packaging materials inventory system.
  • To ensure minimal variance between inventory records and physical stock.
  • Properly manage and monitor stocks flow and stocks level among all factories.
  • Maintain a proper record and system of expiry date for all raw materials and finished goods.
  • Manage all shipping operations to ensure efficient receiving and exporting of goods (bulk and containers)
  • Coordinate with raw materials purchasers, shippers and other related parties to ensure smooth delivery and shipping arrangement all products to customers (both local & export).
  • Assist in the production team to cope with production requirements and to meet the deadlines.
  • To continuously improve the departmental quality management system and control procedures.
  • Implement and maintain 5S and ISO requirements and standards at the warehouse.
  • Monitor subordinates’ performance & provide training if necessary.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in related field.
  • Able to plan and work independently.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a warehouse.
  • Knowledge of materials and inventory management will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling forklift or reach truck.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Puchong.

SALES EXECUTIVE

SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with promotional events, attending and presenting at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Explore and develop new account, proactively engage activities to identify and develop new accounts and converting into key account for the Company.
  • Service existing accounts, retain and grow businesses from existing set of clients, building long terms relationship by providing excellent service standard.
  • To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.
  • Ensure sales collections target are met monthly.
  • Involve in planning sales strategy to our target audients, proposal or presentation to clients.
  • Other related duties as instructed by the Management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree Business Studies/Marketing/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience with exposure sales and marketing in food industry or cosmetics
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
  • Chinese lady is encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate the machine according to standard & safety operations procedure
  • Check product quality
  • Provide production reports
  • Maintain cleanliness / 5S for machines and work areas
  • Workers in raw material inspection, inspection and sorting of products and etc
  • Other related duties as instructed by the supervisor.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • SPM or higher graduates are welcome to apply
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work night shift and Saturday
  • Available to start work immediately

R & D SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE (FOOD)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create new formula for food supplement based on consumer taste trends.
  • Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels.
  • To provide production support for contract manufacturing in Malaysia and overseas market.
  • Organize and manage internal and customer projects for execution process and monitor whole procedure in event to produce wanted product.
  • Perform products presentation with technical / scientific knowledge in convincing customer of decision making.
  • Suggest ideas of improving product margin (specification & costing).
  • Research on new ingredients and formulations.
  • Support Regulatory Affairs Exec, and serves as back up during his/her absence (he/her will do the same for R&D division).

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree,Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Food Science or equivalent field.
  • Excellent knowledge in food sciences with minimum of 2-5 years’ industrial experience in R&D food environment.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated.
