HR EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up HR department for company and all subsidiaries, and manage all expects on HR function, including recruitment, talent development, and general administration.
  • Bridge management and employee relation by addressing demands or other issues
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR practice.
  • To be leader over functional areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development
  • Design, plan & implement HR policies & procedures to ensure smooth HR operations in company
  • Recommend and propose any improvement plan which related to HR to top management
  • Support all departments for man power planning, recruitment and selection, on boarding and orientation, expatriate matters, ER and IR, staff performance evaluation, company organization structure and etc
  • In charge of payroll, ensure EPF monthly contribution, SOCSO contribution, PCB contribution & HRDF contribution submission on timely manner
  • Prepare EA form for staff (yearly basis) & Prepare LHDN e-E filing (yearly basis)
  • Training & Development
  • Issue bond contract if applicable
  • Monitor staff after completed training
  • Submit HRDF claim if it’s claimable
  • Implement Company Employee Handbook
  • Implement HR Form (HR001 – HR012)
  • Performance Review & Reward (Increment / Promotion / Bonus)
  • Prepare salary review report (yearly)
  • Prepare increment appraisal (yearly)
  • Prepare promotion appraisal as and when required
  • Prepare promotion / salary review letter
  • Prepare bonus review report (yearly)
  • Implement and monitor staff KPI quarterly to ensure staff performance and improvement in terms of working attitude
  • Responsible for the organization culture with initiative to build a harmonious and superior workforce to organization
  • Implement Rewards and Punishment System to improve staff’s performance
  • Regularly review the performance, reports from various departments financial data, sales achievement, and activity report to monitor and measure productivity on the overall effectiveness and efficiency on their works to achieve the set goal
  • Manage foreign worker permit (insurance- SKHPPA, SPPA), renew permit (MYEG), accommodation and etc
  • Prepare memo for any new updates / changes on Handbook and/or HR policies.
  • Manage Headcount record (Employee record, Confirmation record, Resignation record & Probation period record)
  • Ensure all type of leave record is accurate
  • Monitoring medical claim and ensure no exceed limit
  • Ensure proper filling of all document
  • Ensure all the renewal and maintenance is in order
  • Ensure company stationary and sundries all in order
  • Upkeep ISO practices and documentation
  • Perform other ad- hoc task assigned by immediate superior and management

 

Events & Functions

  • Plan, arrange & coordinate Employee Relations Activities such as Company Annual Dinner, Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner, Buka Puasa Dinner, Movie Night & Sports activities, company trip, team building, company t-shirt
  • Arrange gifts to client during special occasions such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Mooncake Festival.
  • Arrange company’s CSR
  • You are required to work closely with top management

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR or related field
  • Bachelor’s / Degree in Human Resource or related
  • Strong written and communications skills in English, Bahasa and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (AI or Photoshop will be an added advantage)
  • Preferred language: English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu
  • Proactive, analytical and team player
  • Great personality, willing to explore and positive attitude
  • Required to work closely with the Management team
SALES EXECUTIVE

SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with promotional events, attending and presenting at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Explore and develop new account, proactively engage activities to identify and develop new accounts and converting into key account for the Company.
  • Service existing accounts, retain and grow businesses from existing set of clients, building long terms relationship by providing excellent service standard.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  • To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.
  • Ensure sales collections target are met monthly.
  • Involve in planning sales strategy to our target audients, proposal or presentation to clients.
  • Research and gather the information of customer and market.
  • Other related duties as instructed by the Management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Business Studies/Marketing/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience with exposure in sales and marketing of food industry or skincare.
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare monthly management reports and financial results.
  • Manage full set of accounts and perform consolidation of financial statement.
  • Responsible for budgetary controls, review forecast & projections.
  • Responsible for timely execution of accounting functions of the department. Functions would include computations, journal, accounting entries and other accounting duties.
  • Ensure monthly financial review and reporting within dateline.
  • Liaise with agents, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and relevant parties.
  • Provide guidance to junior members within the team.
  • Maintain the accounting records and system to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Close all monthly accounts and prepare all accounting schedules to ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly reports.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Accounts/Finance/Treasury/Credit Control would be preferred.
  • Team player who is independent, analytical, result-driven and integrity.
  • Problem solving skills are required.
  • Able to work under pressure and mere tight deadlines.
  • Possess drive, initiative and work commitment.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Chinese will be added advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing invoice and payment.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools.
  • Other related duties as instructed by the Management.

R & D SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE (FOOD)

R & D SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE (FOOD)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create new formula for food supplement.
  • Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels.
    Regional R&D and production support for contract manufacturing in Malaysia and overseas market.
  • Staying ahead of consumer taste trends.
  • Organize and manage internal and customer projects, assign to related department for execution process and monitor whole procedure in event to produce wanted product.
  • Handling in product discussion acquired by customer and provide technical / scientific advice.
  • Perform products presentation with technical / scientific knowledge in convincing customer of decision making.
  • Coordinate and conduct internal workshop with fellow colleagues in other departments for team work effort.
  • Fully support Head HACCP and Halal compliance team.
  • Support Regulatory Affairs Exec, and serves as back up during his/her absence (he will do the same for R&D division).
  • Suggest ideas of improving product margin (specification & costing).

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree,
  • Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Food Science or equivalent field.
  • Excellent knowledge in food sciences with minimum of 2-5 years industrial experience in R&D food environment.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated.
